How GovPath stays source-grounded

GovPath uses retrieval over local source PDFs and ranks passages before generating any recommendation.

The report never invents agencies, program offices, budget lines, or contact details.

If evidence is missing, the result explicitly says so instead of guessing.

The DoW Directory disclaimer is surfaced because it is not an official U.S. government publication.

Authoritative PDF set used by the MVP

Each recommendation must tie back to one of these documents. If support is missing, the app explicitly returns a not-found result instead of inventing a pathway.
